The public offer on autoailead.com is the AppSumo lifetime deal (Tiers 1–4: $49 / $127 / $350 / $798 one-time). This policy covers AppSumo purchases, legacy direct subscriptions still on file, and historic direct lifetime purchases.
If you still have an active monthly subscription purchased directly on autoailead.com, cancel from account billing settings, or contact support if self-serve cancel is unavailable.
If you cancel a paid monthly subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the current billing month only (the portion of that month remaining after cancellation). No refunds for past billing months or for unused leads in prior months. Contact support with your account email and invoice. Billing errors are handled under §1.5. This prorated policy does not apply to the free trial or to AppSumo lifetime tiers.
Unused trial leads have no cash value. If nothing was charged, there is nothing to refund.
Contact support promptly with your invoice or receipt for duplicate or incorrect charges.
Some accounts may hold a one-time lifetime purchase made directly on autoailead.com (not via AppSumo). When that purchase type was offered, it included a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. Refunded lifetime purchases are revoked. Monthly subscriptions are not covered by this guarantee (see §1).
Lead search uses your own maps API key (Google Places today). You're responsible for keeping that key active, with billing and quota at your maps provider. If search doesn't work because your key is missing, expired, lacks billing, or is out of quota, that isn't covered by our refund policy. For purchases made directly on autoailead.com, that is not PubliExpert LLC's responsibility, and there is no refund in that specific case.
This is a carve-out on top of the rest of this policy—it does not replace it. The 30-day money-back guarantee for historic direct lifetime purchases (§2) and the prorated refund for the current billing month on legacy monthly subscriptions (§1.3) remain exactly as stated above.
This carve-out applies only to direct purchases on autoailead.com. It does not change AppSumo refund terms for marketplace purchases (§4).
AppSumo is merchant of record for marketplace purchases. Refunds are handled by AppSumo under their buyer policy (commonly a 60-day window—confirm on your order/deal page). Request refunds through AppSumo, not AutoAI Lead direct checkout.
If AppSumo refunds your purchase, we may revoke license codes, disable access, and remove stacked entitlements. One AppSumo code unlocks one tier; codes do not stack.
