By accessing or using AutoAI Lead (the "Service"), creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription on autoailead.com, or redeeming an AppSumo lifetime deal ("LTD") license, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.
AutoAI Lead is a B2B prospecting SaaS that helps agencies and freelancers search local businesses via Google Maps / Places data, review listing fields, run AI Readiness-style audits, generate mobile demo websites, draft WhatsApp/email/SMS outreach, and manage prospects in a CRM-style workspace.
The Service uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model for AI providers and Google Places: you supply your own API keys and pay those providers directly. AutoAI Lead charges a subscription (or lifetime / LTD via AppSumo, if applicable) for platform access and lead limits—not for resold AI tokens.
You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). The Service is intended for business / professional use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or remain unpaid where payment is required.
You may connect API keys for providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini and/or Google Places), xAI (Grok), OpenRouter, and similar services. You are solely responsible for obtaining and securing keys; paying provider fees; complying with provider terms and law; and lawful use of generated content and prospect data. AutoAI Lead does not resell AI credits or Places quota as part of the monthly fee.
API keys you enter may be stored so the Service can call providers on your behalf. Use least-privilege keys where possible and revoke keys if you stop using the Service. See the Privacy Policy.
Lead search uses your own maps API key (Google Places today). You're responsible for keeping that key active, with billing and quota at your maps provider. If search doesn't work because your key is missing, expired, lacks billing, or is out of quota, that is your responsibility—not PubliExpert LLC's—and for direct purchases on autoailead.com there is no refund in that specific case, as described in the Refund Policy. This does not change AppSumo refund terms for marketplace purchases.
Prospect listings may be sourced via Google Maps Platform / Places APIs using your credentials where BYOK applies. Use data only through intended features and within Google’s terms; do not systematically scrape or redistribute listing data beyond what the product and Google’s terms allow. We may enforce rate limits, lead caps, and abuse controls.
The public offer on autoailead.com is the AppSumo lifetime deal: Tier 1 ($49 one-time), Tier 2 ($127), Tier 3 ($350), and Tier 4 ($798), with lead limits as published on the deal page. A free trial may provide limited leads (for example 25) without a credit card. Legacy direct subscriptions, if any remain on file, renew until canceled.
Some accounts may still hold a historic one-time lifetime purchase made directly on autoailead.com (not via AppSumo). New public lifetime sales are offered through AppSumo (see §7.3). Direct lifetime purchases that remain available include a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy.
If purchased via AppSumo, license, stacking, and refunds are also governed by AppSumo’s buyer terms and the deal page. These Terms still govern use of the Service. LTD access typically covers features in your redeemed tier for the life of the product as offered under the deal, subject to these Terms and AppSumo rules.
Tiers include lead or usage limits. "Unlimited" plans remain subject to fair use and anti-abuse limits.
For autoailead.com purchases, you authorize charges on the payment method on file. Fees are generally non-refundable except as in the Refund Policy or required by law. AppSumo purchases are billed by AppSumo.
Direct subscriptions: Cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues through the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy on prorated refunds.
AppSumo LTD: Refunds are handled by AppSumo. If AppSumo refunds, we may revoke codes and disable access.
PubliExpert LLC and its licensors own the Service. You receive a limited right to use it under your plan or LTD. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to licenses needed to operate the Service. Third-party API data remains subject to those parties’ terms. Review AI outputs before use.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUBLIEXPERT LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings, AI scores, demos, or outreach will produce sales, or that third-party APIs will remain available.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUBLIEXPERT LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PUBLIEXPERT LLC FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR US $50 IF YOU ONLY HOLD AN APPSUMO LICENSE WITH NO DIRECT FEES TO US), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
You will indemnify PubliExpert LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service, outreach activities, API keys and provider usage, violation of these Terms or law, or content you submit or send.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where PubliExpert LLC is organized, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date and/or notifying you when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
