Field guide Nº 01 · GoHighLevelNative export + workflow call

Turn AutoAI Lead leads into GoHighLevel Voice AI calls.

Export leads to your GHL sub-account, tag them, and let a workflow have your Voice AI agent call each one.

Heads-up: AutoAI Lead doesn’t make phone calls and doesn’t include voice agents. This guide shows how to send your AutoAI Lead leads to a voice agent you set up, and pay for, in your own GoHighLevel account. GoHighLevel is a separate product with its own pricing and terms.

Sheet B · What you needBefore you start

Pack list

  • AutoAI Lead on Pro Agency or Scale for the GHL export or webhook. On other plans, use the CSV route.
  • A GoHighLevel sub-account and the permission to manage Voice AI agents[1]
  • An eligible LC Phone number, Twilio number or Number Pool for live calls[1]
  • Outbound approval: the location must meet eligibility and verification (KYC) requirements[2]

Limits to know

  • Outbound Voice AI calls run only from a workflow, using the Voice AI Outbound Call action[2]
  • Up to 10 calls per minute and 5,000 per day per location[2]
  • Calls are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the contact’s time zone[2]
  • Same-country domestic numbers only; each number can be called once a day and up to 14 times in 14 days[2]
Sheet A · The AutoAI Lead sideWhat leaves the app

Three ways leads leave AutoAI Lead (all verified in the app).

  • GoHighLevel export (Pro Agency and Scale): creates or updates the contact in your own GHL sub-account, with tags, a note containing the demo link and messages, and optionally an opportunity in the pipeline you pick. Set it up in Ajustes → Integraciones (Settings → Integrations).
  • Signed webhook (Pro Agency and Scale): every exported lead is sent as flat JSON by POST to the https URL you enter, for example a Zapier, Make or n8n webhook. It’s signed with the header X-AutoLead-Signature: sha256=… (HMAC-SHA256 with your secret). Scale can send every new lead automatically.
  • CSV export (all plans): download your leads as a spreadsheet. Columns are in Spanish: Negocio, Nicho, Ciudad, Direccion, Telefono, Email, Google Maps URL, Rating, Estado Web, …

Sheet D · The route5 stops

From AutoAI Lead to a live call.

  1. Connect AutoAI Lead to your GHL sub-account

In GoHighLevel, create a Private Integration in the sub-account and copy the token; it’s shown only once[9]. AutoAI Lead asks for these scopes: contacts, opportunities and locations/customFields (read/write). In AutoAI Lead, open Ajustes → Integraciones, paste the token and your Location ID, optionally choose a pipeline and stage, add your own tags, and run the connection test.

  2. Create the Voice AI agent

Go to AI Agents → Voice AI → Agent List, click + Create Agent and choose Create Custom Agent[1]. Set the name, voice, model, language and prompt, plus the welcome messages[1]. For outbound calls, review the agent’s Outbound Settings: outbound welcome message, AI disclosure and verbal opt-out[1]. Test it with Web Call before using a real number[1].

  3. Export your leads

Export leads from AutoAI Lead to GoHighLevel. Each one arrives as a contact tagged autolead plus the niche, city and website status (and any tags you added), with a note containing the demo link and messages. On Scale, every new lead can go automatically.

  4. Build the calling workflow

In Automation → Workflows, create a workflow[2]. Use the Contact Tag trigger filtered to a tag you add in AutoAI Lead (for example call-me)[3]. Click +, add the Voice AI Outbound Call action, and select the AI agent and From Phone Number. Accept the outbound terms when prompted[2].

  5. Publish, test, watch

Save and publish, then test with your own number as a contact. Review results in AI Agents → Voice AI → Dashboard & Logs → Outbound[2].

Sheet E · Other ways inWebhook or CSV

No native export? Two detours.

Detour 1 · Webhook

AutoAI Lead webhook → GHL Inbound Webhook trigger

  1. In GHL, enable Premium Triggers & Actions. Each sub-account gets 100 free executions, then $0.01 per execution charged to the agency wallet unless you rebill[5].
  2. Create a workflow with the Inbound Webhook trigger and copy its URL[4].
  3. Paste that URL as the webhook in AutoAI Lead (Ajustes → Integraciones) and send a test lead.
  4. Back in GHL, map the incoming fields (business_name, phone, …) to a contact. GHL needs a phone or email to create one[4]. Then add the Voice AI Outbound Call action[2].
Detour 2 · CSV (any plan)

CSV export → GHL contact import

  1. Export the CSV from AutoAI Lead. Remove spaces and dashes from phone numbers; GHL’s importer asks for that[6].
  2. In GHL, import the contacts and map Negocio to the name and Telefono to the phone[6].
  3. In the import’s final step you can tag the contacts and add them straight to your calling workflow[6].

What the snapshot can include

  • A Voice AI agent with its prompt, settings and actions[8]
  • The workflow that places the Voice AI outbound call, with its trigger[7]
  • Tags, custom fields and a pipeline for AutoAI Lead leads[7]
  • A Conversation AI setup for text follow-up[7]

What you still do yourself (snapshots can’t carry it)

  • Assign a phone number to the Voice AI agent[7]
  • Connect AutoAI Lead with your own Private Integration token (integrations don’t transfer)[7]
  • Complete outbound eligibility and verification (KYC) and accept the outbound terms[2]
  • Bring your contacts: they come from AutoAI Lead, not from the snapshot[7]
Sheet C · Before you dialRules of the road

Automated AI calls are regulated.

Laws on automated and AI-voice calls (consent, calling hours, opt-outs, do-not-call lists) depend on the country and state you call. You’re responsible for following them; AutoAI Lead and the voice platforms don’t check consent for you. In GoHighLevel, accepting the outbound terms doesn’t mean your contacts consented[2]. This isn’t legal advice; check the rules where your leads are located.
